RETURN POLICY
In the unlikely event of a faulty item which needs to be returned, our 3 step warranty claim process makes it easy for you to obtain a repair or a new replacement.

GET AUTHORISATION CODE
Before you can make a return, you'll need to get an RMA code so we can recognise the item when it arrives and understand the reason for the return. The RMA code must be obtained within the warranty period of the goods.

PACK AND SEND YOUR ITEMS
Items should be returned securely in their original packaging to prevent damage in transit. Items must be returned within 14 days of obtaining the RMA code.

RECEIVE YOUR REPLACEMENT
Once we have safely received your item, we will first check if it can be repaired, or we will exchange it for a new replacement.
